The relevant person in charge of the construction unit Beijing control Beijing Olympic company introduced that in the face of unfavorable factors such as the outbreak of the new Crown pneumonia and winter construction, the builders of the national snowmobile sled center scientifically formulated the construction plan in the mountain environment of xiaohaituoshan in Yanqing, actively communicate with foreign experts and conduct equipment debugging, operation and operation through remote control and guidance. Through the joint efforts of Chinese and foreign experts, the installation and debugging of ammonia refrigeration system on the track and the training of ice making and repairing on the track have been carried out simultaneously, laying a good foundation for the ice making work.
Li Yu, the head of the mechanical and electrical project of Shanghai Baoye national snowmobile sled center, the construction unit, introduced that since February 10, the track of the national snowmobile sled center began to be filled with liquid ammonia for the first time, which lasted 18 days, fill all 4 batches of 80 tons of liquid ammonia into the refrigeration system. After preliminary debugging, the frosting effect of the track is good, which indicates that the largest ammonia refrigeration system in China’s stadiums has been put into use smoothly. It is reported that the construction area of the national snowmobile sled Center project is about 60000 square meters, the track length is about 1.9 kilometers, and the vertical drop is over 120 meters. After the completion of the track, it will become the 17th track in the world, the 3rd Track in Asia and the first snowmobile sled track in China. During the Beijing Winter Olympics, the national snowmobile sled center will undertake all competitions in three projects: snowmobile, steel-framed snowmobile and sled.
