The chinese football association said that the proposal was based on fifa’s guide on the management of football in response to the new championship epidemic and comprehensively considered factors such as the overall economic situation of chinese clubs and the implementation of the agreement, and listen to the opinions of club representatives, players and coaches, as well as legal professionals.

According to the proposal, the applicable period of this salary adjustment is from March 1, 2020to one week before the start of all levels of league matches in 2020 season, which can be applied to contracts that meet the relevant provisions of the Chinese Football Association, such as work contracts, portrait rights contract, sponsorship contract, etc. Foreign players, coaches and rented players of the club are included.
