This report was released more than a month late because of the delay of the Olympic Games. The contents involved in public participation or concern mainly include: first, 100% renewable energy was used to generate electricity during the Olympic and Paralympic Games; second, the torch of the Olympic torch relay all uses hydrogen energy; Third, all medal metals come from waste electronic products, and the award platform is also made of waste plastic materials, which are all recycled after the game; Fourth, energy-saving design is adopted in new permanent venues and facilities.

Regarding the utilization of hydrogen energy, besides being used as torch relay, the report also said that during the Olympic and Paralympic Games, 500 hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles will be put into use, the Tokyo municipal government will also introduce hydrogen energy in the Olympic village.
The report also promises to promote the 3R concept in all Olympic venues, which refers to three English words starting with R: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
