The organizing committee of Qatar World Cup said in a statement: during the bidding process of FIFA World Cup in 2018 and 2022, the committee adhered to all relevant rules and regulations, and all accusations against this were out of thin air, and will be strongly condemned.
Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, April 8th, in response to the charges contained in court documents released in the United States a few days ago, 2022 Qatar World Cup organizing committee said in a statement on the 8th that, there has never been any improper behavior in the bid for the World Cup.
The court document mentioned that in the process of bidding for the World Cup, Qatar had bribed several South American officials to obtain the right to host the 2022 World Cup.
Qatar said that although it has been falsely accused for many years, however, there has never been any evidence that Qatar has adopted any immoral or contrary to FIFA’s strict bidding rules in order to obtain the right to host the FIFA 2022 World Cup.
