Why did “South China tiger” come to the step of dissolution? What should China’s professional football do? Why is the player’s transfer fee and value so high? How to combine Club and campus football? How to change the football reform?
Xinhua News Agency, Guangzhou, February 15th: “When the club is dissolved, I want to say a few words to Chinese football”
Xinhua News Agency reporter Wang Haoming, the public Soldier
Mei County is the hometown of football in China, where the football atmosphere is strong and many international players have been cultivated in history. However, here, the Zhongjia club Guangdong South China tiger officially announced its dissolution on the evening of the 13th.
Wang Yi, deputy general manager of the club, accepted a telephone interview from Xinhua News Agency. Why did “South China tiger” go to the step of dissolution? What should China’s professional football do? Why is the player’s transfer fee and value so high? How to combine Club and campus football? How to change the football reform? After sorting out, the reporter released it in the form of the interviewee’s self-statement.
Why is it dissolved?
I came here in January I am. When I came, the club just rushed to the top of the league. At that time, I felt that the investment was so big (budget 0.3 billion)! In my opinion, the stability from China B to China a is the most important, but the boss thinks that it cannot be guaranteed without this money.
At that time, the club had money, but when there was a problem with the capital budget, it would be difficult to lower it again.
After the Chinese Football Association publicized the salary and bonus confirmation form for the 2019 season, we have been working all the time. If the Football Association allows us to participate in the competition, there is no problem to participate in the league completely. But wages have to be delayed because we have no cash flow.
We are working as a player, but there are still a few players who haven’t signed, and we don’t want to fake it. We did not announce the dissolution when it was publicized on February 4, but we knew that we might not be able to pass the admission. We also told the team members to prepare in advance.
If it goes bankrupt, the asset sold out is not enough to divide the salary of the team members. The player only knows that the boss should give him what he owes, but if the main body of a company can not operate, the salary will not be able to get.
We also thought about the transfer, but caught up with the epidemic. A company in Foshan talked about it, but it was not settled. Now I think that if I started earlier, it would be better to start the transfer in the middle of last year.
I know very well about the problem of back pay. There were many clubs malicious nonpayment of wages before 2012, and the boss didn’t give you money. The players were completely vulnerable groups. Today, it is not what it was like in those days. Investors basically didn’t mess around. If they can’t send it out, they really have no money, not malicious nonpayment of wages.
Now the Football Association has made rules to protect the interests of athletes, but it is a pity that one size fits all, even if it is fine. If we can continue to play this year, the salary should be paid, and there may be more investors coming in.
The Regulations of the Chinese Football Association are now the most strict, and other football associations have some penalty points. In fact, if the Chinese Football Association uses the method of hearing and investigation to verify, it would be better if it was canceled malicious nonpayment of wages, now the Football Association needs a watch to save trouble, and the service awareness is not enough.
What about Chinese professional football?
During the first two years of professional football, many investors came in and seemed eager for quick success and instant benefits. It is impossible for Chinese football to receive professionalism from zero in a short period of time. It must start 1.1 drops.
How did foreign clubs develop? Start from a field first, then there will be coaches and youth training, and train athletes with income. Use their own team members to form teams to reduce operating costs. The salary is not so high, in this way, the first-level team is organized to play up, while the Chinese boss directly comes to buy a first-line team, play professional league, and then supplement the training base and youth coach. The first-line team has huge expenses, and the later construction has not yet produced results, the first team can’t hold on any longer.
Such a model makes the club easily collapse when it encounters financial problems. The Football Association encourages diversity of equities, but no matter how diversified it is, no boss is willing to lose money every day.
In fact, there are venues and coaches in some middle crown clubs in many parts of the country. If teams play the middle crown, they will survive stably. The youth training will continue to be released, generating profits and developing at 1.1 points.
The Chinese professional league needs Evergrande, Guoan, Yanbian and Meixian. It is impossible to be all rich, and there must be a small ball to transport players for the big ball. The value of clubs like Yanbian and Meixian is not to win the league championship. The population and economic conditions determine that small clubs cannot win the league championship for a long time, but to survive and develop and make money.
Yanbian collapsed with so much investment at that time. In fact, selling several main forces was enough to live in Zhongjia for five or ten years. But once invested, it will go bankrupt sooner or later.
I hope investors will look at football more rationally and in a longer term. What is the meaning of football if they don’t make money? How many years can influence be created? Contribute to Chinese football? Not all bosses can do this. This is not market behavior.
What is healthy in China is a club like Shenyang urban construction. From 1.1 o’clock in the lower level, there are echelon teams. They have their own players and earn enough money to play professional league matches, it’s safer.
Why are players worth too much?
The key to this problem is that we have too few athletes to compare with South Korea and Japan. I went to Jeju Island in 2017, and ten Japanese university teams took part in the competition. The level was equivalent to our top one.
Our current campus football is hard to play athletes. There are few good players, and the price is up. If we have one hundred Lin and one hundred Zheng Zhi, we can say everything. When I was in Yanbian, I had a lot of communication with South Korea. The Korean management team members were very simple. Smoking and drinking against the coach were fired immediately. We couldn’t. There would be no one to fire.
To solve this problem, the club should help the campus football improve well, and we can also pick people from the College Football League. Now we can’t choose from the college league. The team members who go to school can guarantee too little training every two hours a week. Some players played very well in primary school. The quality of training in middle school was gone. They were all the captain of the school or something. Later, they wanted to play football. I contacted Yatai and asked him to try out, I came back in two or three days and couldn’t keep up with it at all.
Professional clubs should strengthen the cooperation with the campus. The club will go to school to ensure the high-intensity training of the school team for two hours a day, which will improve a lot. At present, the school physical education teachers themselves have never played the ball. Practicing two or three classes a week only plays a role in expanding the number, but the training quality is really too low.
Now we all scold our players for their lack of quality. As club managers and coaches, everyone wants to be obedient and progressive, but there is no way to blame too few professional athletes, if there are about 100 players in each position, just choose.
How to combine Club and campus football?
The two are well combined in local areas. Everyone has their own advantages. Campus football can purchase club services. The best way is to build together. The players in the school are all in the school before the age of 18. We send professional coaches to train in the past. After graduating from high school, he can choose by himself. If good, he can go to the professional team. We can also sign relevant agreements. We will give priority to the players after they are 18 years old.
There are a lot of problems now. The teacher said that playing football delays study and does not give two hours of training time every day.
Another problem is that it is too early to enter professional intensive training, and a group of children are eliminated. For example, the U13 team has 20 people in one team, and the remaining 80 people will not play. The early selection concentration has reduced a large number of people who play football.
If everyone only looks at short-term benefits, it will be over. For example, in some places, how much money will U13 give to the champion, which is useless.
Echelon cannot be separated from the campus. After graduating from high school, it can be separated from the campus centralized training before graduating from high school. Football is a comprehensive sport, which requires various abilities. Premature concentration will definitely limit development.
The purpose of youth training is to train excellent athletes, not to win the championship at that time.
How to reform Chinese football?
The key is to respect the rules of football. Reform is not in form but in consciousness. If there are so many reforms, they are all for the national team to serve, just for that achievement, then it runs counter to the original intention of the reform.
If there are more and more excellent athletes, professional clubs will become more and more easy to deal with. If you want to spend so much money, there is no need to rob people. Therefore, football should start from the foundation and take training excellent athletes as the ultimate goal. The idea of deviating from this goal should be eliminated. It doesn’t make much sense for low-age period children to win as many games as they win.
Requires a process that requires the change of the whole society consciousness. The essence of sports is education. We ignore the link of football education. For example, character cultivation is missing in our education. The Ministry of Education door handle sports is also regarded as competition, ignore the educational function of physical education.
How is the future of Chinese football?
Don’t think about your achievements in recent years. In the short term, there is no need to think about the national team, the National Youth and the National Youth. The 04 and 05 age groups will be better, but they may not be better. They may return to the level of 89 and 90 age groups, the 07 age group can return to the level of 81 and 82 age groups. Now there are many optimistic seedlings and many people playing football, but you don’t know whether people can practice or not in the future.
I am still very confident about Chinese football, which may get better in 30 years, because campus football has cultivated many people who know about football at that time, and their chances of becoming professional players are rare, but most of them will become fans and people who love football. After 30 years, they will become talents in all aspects of society. They all know what football is like, even if they don’t have a deep understanding, better than now.
Many people have no awareness of football, but now the children under the influence of campus football have grown up, and I am still very confident in Chinese football. Nowadays, even if it is just the popularization of campus football, it is a great contribution to Chinese football.
I want to do something for football myself and hope to stay in the football industry in the future. I think it is another low point of professional football now. In fact, it is also a good opportunity to come in now. Group A amateur team and have a platform. Now there are more venues. Gradually cultivate some players and make money in clubs.
