In order to further improve the development level of ice and snow sports and ice and snow industry and better meet the diverse sports needs of the people, a few days ago, henan province issued “Implementation Opinions on Promoting the development of ice and snow sports” (hereinafter referred to as “opinions”). The opinion focuses on the four tasks of vigorously popularizing mass ice and snow sports, improving the competitive level of ice and snow sports, promoting the healthy development of ice and snow industry, and plus-sized the supply of ice and snow facilities, it involves 13 specific contents and 5 safeguard measures. It is pointed out that by 2025, the development pattern of ice and snow sports will basically be formed with a more solid Development Foundation, a substantial increase in popularity, a continuous improvement in competitive strength, a basically complete industrial system and an increasingly sufficient service supply.
The opinion points out that it is necessary to promote ice and snow sports into the campus, enrich the ice and snow activities of the masses, and improve the mass sports organizations. By 2025, strive to create 30 youth sports clubs (ice and snow) in the province, 30 national youth campus ice and snow sports special schools, and sports traditional item School (ice and snow) in the province, training more than 2,000 campus counselors for ice and snow projects and creating 3~5 youth ice and snow sports events. The number of people directly participating in ice and snow sports in the province exceeded 3 million, driving 18 million people to participate in ice and snow sports.
The opinion points out that it is necessary to build professional sports teams, speed up the training of reserve talents, continuously carry out cross-border cross-project selection, and do a good job in preparing for major events. Focus on the development of ski jumping, freestyle skiing, speed skating and other project teams, and add ice and snow projects in provincial sports meetings. Select talents from martial arts, acrobatics, gymnastics and other projects, and by 2025, establish a reserve talent team with about 100 first-line echelon and about 300 second-line echelon.
In terms of ice and snow industry and site facilities, the opinion emphasizes the need to enrich product supply and scientifically plan site facilities. By 2025, we will build 2 to 3 national sports tourism boutique projects, 1 to 2 comprehensive ice and snow tourism demonstration bases, and 2 to 3 ice and snow sports brand events, cultivate and introduce 2 to 3 ice and snow industry brand enterprises, build more than 35 ski resorts and more than 5 Skating Center ski resorts, and the total scale of the ice and snow industry in the province reaches 30 billion yuan.
In order to ensure implementation, the opinions require all regions and relevant departments to strengthen organization and leadership, rely on the provincial joint meeting system of national fitness work, establish a multi-department collaborative working mechanism, and regularly study major issues, promote the implementation of the work as a whole. Encourage all kinds of media to strengthen the publicity of ice and snow sports culture, ice and snow sports health knowledge and competition activities, and actively guide the masses to form ice and snow sports habits and consumption views.
